Its been a while since i last posted a little update as i have been waiting for a few bits to be made/modified and one of those is the front pulley. I have to change the standard 1.9 front pulley which the fan belt runs round as it was not possible to modify this to take the new timing disc for the injection system.

So the answer was to use one from a Frontera A as they use injection and have a toother wheel. Originally i thought i might be able to get this to work with the Weber injection, but after a quick call to webcon i was told i could only run a 5 tooth disc as that was how the ECU was setup! So as having the 32 teeth machine down to a 5 tooth one was not going to be easy to do i have the outer ring removed, the back machine down so there was room to fit the new disc to the back and then had the pulley drilled through and tapped so i could bolt the new disc on from behind.

And here are the results, all setup and just a new coat of paint needed.
